From US-195 S, use the two left lanes to turn left onto 21st street. Turn right onto 17th Avenue, then at the third cross street onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Stewart Avenue, then turn left onto 4th Street. Turn right onto Warner Drive and look for Lewis & Clark Outpatient Surgery on the left.
From US-95 S, turn left onto US-95 S/S Jackson Street, use the right two lanes to turn right onto US-95 S/S Main Street. Use any lane to merge onto US-12 W via the ramp to Lewiston/Walla Walla. Use the left two lanes onto 21st Street. Turn right onto 17th Avenue, then at the third cross street onto 17th Street. Turn right onto Stewart Avenue, then turn left onto 4th Street. Turn right onto Warner Drive and look for Lewis & Clark Outpatient Surgery on the left.
From US-95 N, turn left onto 505 Road/Webb Road. Turn left onto 505 Road/Tammany Creek Road. Continue straight onto Barr Road, and turn left onto Ripon Avenue. Take a slight right onto Thain Road and a slight right onto 14th Street. Take a slight left onto Thain Road and a slight left onto Bryden Avenue. Take a right onto 4th Street.
